We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen for a Corporate Account Manager to join our Client Relations Team here at Holman UK in a permanent full-time position. This role will be based out of our HQ in Chippenham with the opportunity for hybrid working. The salary for this role will be £37,000 to £42,000 , depending on experience.
As a Corporate Account Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of customers, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor. You'll be responsible for building strong relationships, ensuring excellent service, retaining customers, and identifying opportunities to support their growth. You will also work closely with internal teams, champion the customer experience, gather and share customer feedback, and use data and insights to provide recommendations that help customers achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and develop relationships with an assigned portfolio of customers, acting as the primary contact and trusted advisor.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth by identifying opportunities to increase customer value, service adoption, and product penetration.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and C-suite audiences, and develop effective engagement plans.
- Lead contract governance activities, including renewals, performance reviews, risk management, and escalations.
- Manage customer concerns and service issues, ensuring timely resolution, adherence to agreed SLAs, and a positive customer experience.
- Use customer, operational, and commercial data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations for improvement.
- Deliver Strategic Partnership Reviews (SPRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), providing clear insights and value-driven recommendations.
- Use industry knowledge, market insights, and product expertise to provide strategic recommendations and identify opportunities to enhance customer value.
- Champion Voice of the Customer programmes, turning feedback into continuous improvement initiatives at Holman.
- Align and coordinate internal teams to ensure customer priorities are understood and successfully delivered.
- Act as the customer advocate within the business, promoting accountability and a customer-focused culture.
We are looking for people who have:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in fleet, automotive, or a similar B2B account management environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex corporate customer relationships and retaining key accounts.
- Strong relationship management and commercial skills, with experience developing customer plans, identifying growth opportunities, and managing renewals.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and present to senior stakeholders, including C-suite audiences, and build long-term customer partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and turn insights into clear, compelling recommendations that drive customer outcomes.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing escalations, complaints, and service improvements, with the ability to handle challenging situations and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and accountable, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Degree, professional qualification, or relevant industry accreditation desirable.
- Willingness to travel regulary to customer and company locations, including occasional overnight stays.
