Qualifications

• Experience coordinating PPM, breakdown maintenance, servicing and repair in an industrial environment.
• Experience using CMMS/maintenance-management systems, especially Infor/HxGN.
• Knowledge of maintenance-planning and defect reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules for mobile and static plant.
• Coordinate reactive repairs, servicing and inspections to minimise downtime.
• Maintain maintenance plans, work orders and audit records.
• Coordinate internal teams and external contractors and service providers.
• Administer contractor site access, permits to work and compliance records.
• Process maintenance activity and reporting through CMMS and site systems.
• Support procurement, inventory control and contractor performance reporting.
