Overview

Maintenance Carpenter – we are looking for an experienced maintenance carpenter for a super prime residential client.

Responsibilities

• Bespoke joinery, cabinetry and doors including general handyperson tasks on super prime homes.
• Carpentry, fitting doors, flooring, repairs, fittings, general painting, minor plumbing and electrics and various other tasks.

Requirements

• High end residential maintenance/carpenter experience
• CSCS preferred but not essential
• Hand tools and drill
• Valid, clean drivers licence

Job Details

• Job title: Maintenance Carpenter
• Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm. OOH as required.
• Start date: 5 January 2026
• Rate: £ (Apply online only) p/d (dependant on experience)
• Locations: Central and Greater London
