Job summary

Anglian Water Services is seeking a Maintenance Assurance Co-ordinator to help drive asset reliability and maintenance excellence across our water supply operations. You will work with Area Maintenance Managers, Asset Health Leads and engineers to ensure safe, compliant and proactive maintenance delivery across the region.

The role focuses on improving asset performance, data quality and lifecycle management while aligning with regulatory requirements and performance measures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to analyse information, identify trends and support informed decision-making.
• A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and review maintenance activities to ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with standards.
• Monitor maintenance performance, including completion rates and deferrals, aligning with RC M/CBM obligations.
• Maintain and assure the quality of asset and maintenance data in asset management systems.
• Support development of data-driven insights through condition monitoring and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with Asset Health Leads, RCM Engineers and teams to align activities with priorities.
• Provide independent assurance of maintenance quality and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support compliance with regulatory requirements and performance measures, reporting to leadership forums.
• Champion health, safety and wellbeing culture in maintenance activities.
