• Carry out all required maintenance and decoration duties according to an approved task list.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workplace.
• Adhere to SOPs/DSOPs and work with third-party contractors as needed.
• Ensure any work by you or an approved contractor aligns with company standards.
