Job summary

The Portland Hotel in Chesterfield is seeking a Maintenance Associate to join Wetherspoon’s team. You will perform maintenance and decoration tasks, working unsupervised, and support a safe, clean pub environment with a high standard of service.

The Role

To carry out all required maintenance and decoration duties, in line with an approved task list, working unsupervised.

You Will

provide excellent customer service.
ensure a clean, safe and legal workplace.
adhere to Wetherspoon`s standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
work with third-party contractors.
ensure that all work completed by you, or by an approved contractor, is in line with the company`s design standard operating procedures (DSOPs).
carry out any reasonable task, as requested, to meet the needs of the business.
