Job summary

The Rawson Spring in Sheffield is seeking a part-time Maintenance Associate to join the team. You will carry out all required maintenance and decoration work to a standard, with guidance from SOPs, and support the pub's daily operations.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £14.27, a guaranteed minimum-hour contract, meal and drink on shift, a 20% staff discount, and monthly bonus opportunities. Applicants must be over 18 and able to work unsupervised in a busy pub environment.

The Role

To carry out all required maintenance and decoration duties, in line with an approved task list, working unsupervised.

You Will

provide excellent customer service.

work with third-party contractors.
ensure that all work completed by you, or by an approved contractor, is in line with the company`s design standard operating procedures (DSOPs).
