Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Maintenance Assistant/Painter for Coventry Meadows Assisted Living in Coventry, United Kingdom. This part-time opportunity supports the Maintenance Supervisor to maintain the community's physical plant and grounds, ensuring a safe and inviting environment for residents and staff.

Ideal candidates bring basic maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and basic knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems.

The Maintenance Assistant assists the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the communitys physical plant and grounds ensuring a safe, attractive and enjoyable living environment for our residents, staff and the public.

Skills Needed:

Requirements:

• Prior maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge in electrical, heating and cooling helpful.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
