Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing for Coventry Meadows Assisted Living. RN or LPN license required with Indiana licensure or eligibility.

You will lead clinical staff, develop policies, and ensure care meets professional standards and state/federal requirements. The ADNS collaborates with the Director of Nursing Services to maintain quality resident care and a compassionate, compliant care environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.

Responsibilities

• Provides delegated residency care in accordance with nursing standards.
• Develops and communicates nursing policies and procedures with the Director of Nursing Services.
• Ensures compliance with Federal and State laws and corporate policies.
