Job summary

Bespoke Hotels is seeking a hands‑on Maintenance role to support onsite upkeep across our properties. You will liaise with the Maintenance Manager and Housekeeping to handle internal and external tasks and ensure safety standards are met.

The role requires basic maintenance skills, good communication and organisational abilities, and includes working one weekend per month. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have solid maintenance experience and at least 1–2 years in a similar role.
• You should be able to deliver high‑quality service to guests and respond promptly to issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Maintenance Manager and Housekeeping on internal and external tasks.
• Follow Health & Safety, Hygiene, Fire safety, and security regulations.
• Carry out day‑to‑day maintenance to required standards while minimizing guest disruption.
• Help keep maintenance work within budget and on schedule.
• Paint preparation and finishing to a high standard.

Requirements

The ideal person will have strong experience, ideally at least 1-2 years in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.

Duties Will Include

• Liaise with the Maintenance Manager and Housekeeping department regarding both internal and external maintenance.
• To comply with all statutory and Company regulations relating to Health & Safety, Hygiene, Fire safety and security of the premises and property.
• Ensure that proactive and reactive day to day maintenance work is carried out to the required standards.
• Assist with ensuring that the maintenance work remains in budget and causes little disruption to guests.
• Painting tasks inc, preparing surfaces- cleaning, sanding, filling and painting to a high standard
