Job summary

Bespoke Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. You will deliver high standards of cleanliness and guest service across designated areas, supporting a welcoming environment for guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar housekeeping role is preferred.
• Reliable, willing to learn and passionate about hospitality.
• Ability to deliver great service to guests.

Responsibilities

• All cleaning activities are carried out with minimum inconvenience to the hotel guests.
• Ensure all cleaning in the designated areas is carried out to the Company standards.
• Be able to deal with any reasonable requests form guests in a professional manner.
• Ensure all maintenance issues are reported immediately following the correct procedure.

Requirements:

The ideal person will have some experience in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests.
