Job summary

Bespoke Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to join our team and help maintain our high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort across our properties. You will support daily cleaning duties, report maintenance issues and ensure guest rooms are prepared to specification.

This role values reliability, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, with opportunities for development and access to discounted hotel stays for you, your family and friends as part of Bespoke’s benefits.

Responsibilities

• All cleaning activities are carried out with minimum inconvenience to the hotel guests.
• Ensure all cleaning in the designated areas is carried out to the Company standards.
• Be able to deal with any reasonable requests from guests in a professional manner.
• Ensure all maintenance issues are reported immediately following the correct procedure.
