Seaton House, St Andrews' newest 5-star hotel opening in February 2025, is looking for a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Assistant to ensure the impeccable operation of our facilities. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a premier establishment, contributing to its high standards and seamless operations from day one.

As the Maintenance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the hotel's appearance, ensuring all facilities are in optimal condition. You will coordinate with other departments and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure a superior guest experience.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in overseeing all aspects of hotel maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
• Maintain an inventory of necessary tools, supplies, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage maintenance budgets and expenditures effectively.
