Purpose of the Role
As a Maintenance Assistant, you will support the Maintenance Team in delivering both reactive and planned maintenance across a
diverse portfolio of properties.
This is a hands-on role where your work will directly contribute to maintaining high standards, compliance, and safety, ensuring
every property is presented at its very best and ready to deliver exceptional guest experience.
The right candidate will be professional, enthusiastic and eager to learn. You will show passion for the industry and continually
strive to improve standards.
There will be opportunities for further skills training and qualifications appropriate to the role.
