Job summary

Hosco seeks a Hotel Maintenance Assistant for Whitworth Locke in Manchester. This full-time role covers routine maintenance in guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house facilities, with hands-on electrical, plumbing and HVAC repairs.

You will inspect equipment, respond to maintenance requests, and help with renovations while ensuring health and safety compliance. A proactive, detail‑oriented professional with relevant certifications is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a hotel or similar environment.
