Job description

o Maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment, performing routine maintenance and repairs.

o Performing preventative maintenance work throughout all areas of the hotel.

o Working in a safe manner and maintaining cleanliness and order in the hotel’s power plant areas.

o Maintaining rooms in optimal operating condition by performing repairs as needed, such as repairing televisions, toilets, and flooring.

o Working with outside contractors when necessary to assist them in performing maintenance or construction jobs.

Experience: Required

Salary: £29,000 yearly
