Join Stanley House in Ledbury as a Maintenance Assistant, where you will be part of creating a well-presented and safe environment for some of the most vulnerable people in society.
As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that the service's facilities are fit for purpose, including gardening, and you will regularly conduct audits to identify and repair faults, ensuring a safe environment for service users, staff, and visitors.
Working alongside an established team, you will handle all maintenance-related tasks, liaising with contractors to support the upkeep of the service.

You will be working at Stanley House, which offers a multidisciplinary approach to long-term care, providing specialized care and therapeutic interventions.
You will collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support and enable residents to review and adapt to their changing needs. Stanley House offers therapies such as physiotherapy and art therapy, with input from a Professor in Neuropsychiatry and monthly specialist GP clinics.
