Making your impact:

• Carry out first line response to faults, blockages and issues on or around automated material handling equipment.
• Carry out tasks under limited supervision within approved guidelines and follow Safe Systems of Work, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements.
• Receive and complete work orders within planned or reactive work assignments.
• Resolve faults, blockages, and issues within agreed timescales to ensure service delivery.
• Comply with Health & Safety legislation at all times.

Contributing to the team:

• Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical machinery is desirable.
• Experience of working in a warehouse or automated environment.
• Fair/Good IT skills.
• Good communication, numeracy and written skills, and a strong customer focus.
• Strong Health & Safety mindset.

• Willingness to work day shifts, night shifts & weekends.
• Ability to work with and complement/contribute to a high performing team.
• Input ideas into the team to help make site and team improvements.
