£10,774.40 per annum (£14.80 per hour)

2 days per week (to be agreed) 9am - 5pm
We are looking for a committed individual to join our Marshall Hall team at our Mill Hill estate. You will support the Maintenance and Compliance Operative and Estate Manager , ensuring that standards of maintenance and repairs service to the homes and communal areas including grounds and gardens on the estate are maintained, making it a safe environment for our residents and staff.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that health and safety requirements are maintained and appropriate records are kept up to date at all times.
