Job summary

Morgan Hunt is recruiting a Maintenance Assistant to join a housing team in Glasgow on a temporary basis for an initial 4-month period. The role provides administrative and operational support across housing maintenance, repairs and compliance activities.

The candidate will work on gas servicing and electrical inspection programmes, monitor compliance information and maintain records, assist with housing applications, liaise with contractors and tenants, and support the wider maintenance

Qualifications

• Experience of housing maintenance or property services.
• Good administrative and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements, particularly gas and electrical safety.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using Homemaster would be highly desirable.

About You

previous experience working within a housing environment, ideally with knowledge of housing maintenance and repairs.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience using

Homemaster would be highly desirable
