Priory Adult Care is seeking an experienced Maintenance Assistant for our well-maintained residential home.

The Role

As a Maintenance Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to ensure a safe environment for our residents, complying with health and safety standards. You will collaborate with home managers to ensure all fixtures, fittings, and equipment are in excellent condition and regularly serviced.

Key Duties

• Maintain the home as a safe and secure environment for residents
• Ensure the home and grounds are in excellent condition at all times
• Work with home managers on long-term maintenance plans
• Check and repair fixtures and fittings, including lighting and heating
• Prioritize safety and security to ensure residents' well-being
