About Our Opportunity

The Assistant Maintenance Manager supports the Maintenance Manager in overseeing maintenance operations, coordinating staff, ensuring timely maintenance, and implementing preventive programs. Reports to the Maintenance Manager and collaborates across departments for efficient operations.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assist in overseeing maintenance activities.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks.
• Conduct inspections of equipment and facilities.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs.
• Supervise maintenance technicians.
• Monitor inventory levels of spare parts.
• Collaborate with departments to prioritize tasks.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities.
• Identify process improvements and cost reductions.
• Ensure safety compliance and promote safety culture.

About You

• Experience in Electrical Systems and Controls preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant electrical and mechanical systems experience.
