The Bird, Bath and Dukes Hotel, Bath is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Assistant to help keep our boutique property safe, presentable, and running smoothly. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys solving problems and supporting colleagues across departments.
Working hours are generally 25–30 per week across four or five days, with a rota that may include weekends and bank holidays. Training and progression opportunities exist within Kaleidoscope Collection.

As our Hotel Maintenance Assistant, you’ll help keep the hotel safe, presentable and running smoothly.
This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, completing jobs properly and supporting others.
Your working hours will generally fall between guest check-out and the arrival of new guests. You’ll work approximately 25-30 hours per week across four or five days.
