As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the service facilities are fit for purpose, gardening, and regularly conducting audits to identify and repair any faults, ensuring a safe environment for service users, staff, and visitors.
Working alongside an established team, you will handle all maintenance-related tasks, liaising with contractors to support the upkeep of the service.

You will work at Ty Gwyn Hall, a rehabilitation and treatment service for individuals diagnosed with various mental health conditions.
The hospital is located in Abergavenny, South Wales, close to the M4, M5, and national rail networks. The service supports referrals nationwide, and our experienced multidisciplinary team has an excellent record of delivering positive outcomes for service users with a wide range of mental health diagnoses.
