WHSmith is seeking a Sales Assistant for a M&S Franchise store based in Blackpool Victoria Hospital, Lancashire. You will deliver exceptional customer service, handle stock replenishment, and ensure displays are tidy and inviting to help customers find what they need.

Flexible weekend hours support a busy hospital-site store. Hours run 06:00–21:00, 7 days a week, with a focus on teamwork and maintaining high store standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly customer service in a retail setting.
• Ability to replenish stock and keep shelves tidy and inviting.
• Attention to display quality and store merchandising standards.

Hours between 06:00-21:00 7 days a week. Flexibility required.

As a Sales Assistant you’ll provide exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards. We want you, our customers, and our colleagues to be proud to share their journey with us.
