Job summary

WHSmith is seeking a Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service in our franchise stores. You will work on a 12-hour week contract with potential overtime, with Saturday and Sunday shifts from 13:30 to 20:00.

You’ll be part of a team and independently contribute to maintaining high store standards. Join us to help customers on their journeys with great service, tidy displays, and a welcoming store environment.

Marks & Spencer and WHSmith are excited to be working together on a Franchise basis. These stores are all about delivering a fast and exceptional quality service and you could be part of this exciting growth plan! The contract is for 12 hr/week with the possibility of regular overtime. Contracted shift will be Saturday and Sunday 13.30-20.00.

As a Sales Assistant you’ll provide exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards. We want you, our customers, and our colleagues to be proud to share their journey with us.
