Job summary

WHSmith is seeking a Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain store standards across a franchise partnership with Marks & Spencer. The role involves stocking, merchandising, and teamwork to create an inviting shopping environment.

Job description

Marks & Spencer and WHSmith are excited to be working together on a Franchise basis. These stores are all about delivering a fast and exceptional quality service and you could be part of this exciting growth plan!
The contract is for 12 hr/week with the possibility of regular overtime. Contracted shift will be Saturday and Sunday 13.30-20.00.

As a Sales Assistant you’ll provide exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards. We want you, our customers, and our colleagues to be proud to share their journey with us.
