Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Barista to bring energy, warmth and skill to every shift. You’ll master the menu, serve great coffee, and keep the store welcoming and running smoothly.

Flexible shifts help balance needs with store demands and ensure a vibrant customer experience. As a Barista in the UK, you’ll benefit from a pay rate of £13.12–£14.12 per hour depending on location, plus a 50% discount on food and drink, pension matching up to 10% and additional Costa perks.
