Job summary

Royal Mail in Wakefield is seeking a Mail Sorter to help keep our mail centres running around the clock. You will unload mail from vans, move it around in trolleys, and sort letters and parcels manually or with machinery.

Changing from one task to another along the sorting chain, you could be unloading mail from vans, moving it around in trolleys, sorting parcels and letters manually or operating machinery. A mail centre can process over a million items in a shift and you'll be a valuable part of making that happen. And you take it in your stride. • A guaranteed hourly rate of £13.68p/h (paid monthly and adjusted to your working hours).
