Job summary

TT Electronics in Barnstaple is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join the magnetics manufacturing team. You will manufacture products to detailed drawings and schedules, with a focus on quality and safety across a 39-hour week (Mon–Thu).

An intensive training programme (~12 weeks) will be provided during onboarding. The role supports a 4-day working week schedule (Mon–Thu, 7.15am–5.30pm) with opportunities to learn multiple products and contribute to continuous improvement in a collaborative

Qualifications

• Interest in winding, soldering, assembly, wiring operations.
• Ability to follow internal documents/customer drawings to recognised standards.
• Ability to learn new products quickly in a low-volume, multi-product environment.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, check and follow detailed build instructions with high accuracy.
• Produce products in a timely manner within costed time constraints.
• Work in a Quality Accredited environment following manufacturing and aerospace controls.
• Demonstrate safe behaviour and keep working areas free from significant risk.
• Operate with zero tolerance to defects.
