Job summary

Fenwick Limited in Colchester is seeking a Christmas Elf for the festive period, from November through Christmas Eve. You will enchant visitors in our Grotto, keep areas spick and span, and help deliver our famous hospitality, making every moment special for customers.

Full training is provided. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to Future Fenwick experience days; a theatrical interest and any special talents to bring joy to children are welcome. Availability on weekdays is required.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for a role within our business - Essential
• A Performing Arts / Theatre background (working or studying) - Desirable
• An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• An affinity with the Fenwick brand

Responsibilities

• Work in the Grotto to enchant visitors and ensure a magical experience for guests.
• Help keep the grotto and surrounding areas clean, tidy and presentable at the start and end of each shift.
• Contribute to delivering Fenwick's famous hospitality and creating joyful moments for customers during the festive period.
