Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Safeguarding - Child Protection.
• Knowledge of child protection legislation and able to apply to practise.
• Active NMC registration and ongoing professional development.
• Experience leading safeguarding training and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide safeguarding leadership within the MACPT.
• Support multi-agency partners to safeguard children and families.
• Lead high-quality risk assessments and policy development.
• Deliver safeguarding training and professional advice to colleagues.
• Analyse safeguarding data and contribute to quality improvement.
• Prepare reports for safeguarding groups and governance meetings.
• Build strategic partnerships to strengthen multi-agency work.
• Promote learning and continuous improvement in safeguarding practice.
• Act as a professional leader and role model.
