Summary

We are looking for a time-served CNC Maintenance Technician to work on our fast-paced, highly automated cylinder head machining lines. Operating in a dynamic environment with three machining and assembly lines, no two days will be the same. You will contribute to a talented, highly trained maintenance team by providing reactive and preventative maintenance, ensuring maximum machine uptime on our CNC Multi-axis Machining centers and automation cells.

You should apply if you have:

• Qualified to a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Maintenance or Engineering
• A strong CNC machine maintenance background, with experience in preventive and reactive maintenance on 4 and 5-axis CNC machining centers
• Knowledge of Siemens 840D drives and Fanuc PMC controls (beneficial)
• Mechanical and electrical maintenance and fault-finding experience
• Experience with Fanuc and KUKA robotics, Siemens S7 / TIA PLC (preferred, not essential)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and proactive
