We are seeking proactive and experienced Die Maintenance Technicians and Toolmakers capable of transferring their skills to multiple projects within a fast-paced environment. Qualifications and Experience

• Hands-on experience in toolmaking, bench-fitting, machining, and welding (MIG, TIG, ARC). Experience with CNC machining and programming using 3-axis milling machines is advantageous.
• Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions quickly and confidently.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software such as AutoCAD, Delcam, NX, or equivalents.
• Knowledge of safety policies, especially within a 5S safety system, is crucial.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical skills and root cause analysis to resolve breakdowns and implement long-term solutions.
• Prioritize workload effectively, adapt to shifting tasks, and manage time efficiently.
• Perform planned maintenance, continuous improvement, and projects involving welding and die/tool maintenance.
• Communicate effectively within the team and across departments to ensure project success.
• Motivate self for skill development and participate in training opportunities.
