Randstad CPE is seeking a hands-on Machining Cell Leader to oversee day-to-day operations of a busy machining department within a precision environment in Port Talbot. Hours of work are Mon - Thu - 08:00 - 16:45 and a lovely 2pm finish on a Friday.
Your main responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy machining department within a precision environment.
You will work closely with Production, Planning and Purchasing teams, to ensure production targets are achieved
You will be able to run department competently in the managers absence.
