Job summary

Proactive Global in Milton Keynes is recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing and production environment. Full training will be provided to gain hands-on experience in production and manufacturing.

You will operate production machinery, perform basic quality checks, complete paperwork, and work as part of a team to hit daily targets, while following health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous production, manufacturing or warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable, hardworking and punctual.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment following full training.
