Proactive Global in Milton Keynes is seeking a Machine Operator to support day-to-day manufacturing operations by operating production machinery and ensuring product quality.

You will work to production targets, feed materials, perform quality checks, and maintain a safe, clean workspace. The role offers hourly pay in the £14.00–£17.00 range and requires flexibility for shift patterns.

Previous experience preferred; reliable attendance and ability to follow instructions are essential.

Role overview

• Flexibility to work the required shift pattern, once confirmed.
