Proactive Global is seeking a Machine Operator in Milton Keynes to support day-to-day manufacturing operations, operating production machinery, feeding materials, and maintaining product quality while meeting production targets.

You will follow training, perform quality checks, report defects, keep accurate records and work safely with PPE in a busy production environment, with flexibility for shift patterns as required.

Qualificações

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Good attention to detail with a quality-focused approach.
• Reliable attendance and timekeeping.
• Ability to follow instructions and work to production targets.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and monitor production machinery in line with training and work instructions.

• Monitor output and flag machine faults or production issues.

Job Role: Machine Operator

Location: Milton Keynes

Rate: £14.00 £17.00 per hour

Role overview

Support day-to-day manufacturing operations by operating production machinery, maintaining product quality and ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.

Candidate requirements

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing/production experience preferred.

• Comfortable with a hands-on manufacturing role.
• Flexibility to work the required shift pattern, once confirmed.
