Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is recruiting for a Machine Operative with responsibilities across operating production machinery and supporting the manufacturing process to ensure safety, efficiency and quality. The role includes training in overhead crane and forklift operation, overtime flexibility, and the opportunity for permanent progression within a well-established manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production is preferred but not essential.
• Good safety mindset and ability to follow procedures.
• Willingness to undertake training for crane and forklift operation.
• Flexible attitude with overtime at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery per procedures.
• Load and unload materials and finished products.
• Perform basic machine checks and report faults.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
• Assist with general production duties as required.
• Support production demands through overtime when needed.
