Job summary

Proactive Global in Milton Keynes is seeking Machine Operators to join a manufacturing team. The role involves operating production machinery, performing routine quality checks, packing and preparing products for dispatch, and maintaining a clean, safe production floor.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, physically fit for long shifts, and possesses good communication with a positive, team-focused attitude. Full training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is beneficial but not essential; full training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Punctual and dependable.

Hours

Rotating Shift Pattern 8am-8pm

Nightshift 8pm - 8am (Tuesday - Friday)

Pay

£15.80 / 17.74

Overview of the role

Key Responsibilities
