Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking a Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team in Flitwick. The role involves operating production machinery safely, performing routine quality checks, and preparing products for dispatch on a rotating shift pattern from 8am to 8pm.

The successful candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and good communication skills, with full training provided. The position is based on-site in Flitwick, UK.

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
• Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Punctual and dependable

Hours: Rotating Shift Pattern 8am-8pm

Pay: £15.80
