Job summary

Proactive Global is currently seeking Machine Operators to join a manufacturing operation based in Flitwick. The role involves operating production machinery, performing routine quality checks, and packing products for dispatch while maintaining a clean production floor.

You will follow health and safety policies and communicate effectively with the team. Shift pattern is rotating from 8am to 8pm with a pay rate of £15.80 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is beneficial but not essential; full training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Punctual and dependable.

Hours: Rotating Shift Pattern 8am-8pm

Pay: £15.80
