UNDER 18s: £10,192 per annum
18 and over: £13,377 per annum
Training course: Lean manufacturing operative (Level 2)
Hours: 18 and over: £13,377 per annum, average of 36.75 hours per week. 4on 4off shift pattern 06:00-18:00 with 1.5 hour unpaid break.
UNDER 18s: £10,192 per annum, average of 28 hours per week. 4on 4off shift pattern 09:00-18:00 with 1 hour unpaid break.
Duration: 1 year 6 months
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.
This Apprenticeship Standard is delivered within the workplace, where the Apprentice will complete a Level 2 Lean Manufacturing Operative competency and knowledge qualification. IPS will support and train the learner through the component aims with monthly monitoring and assessment visits to the workplace. This will prepare the learner for the End Point Assessment that is required for this Apprenticeship.
To complete this apprenticeship, the learner must pass Level 1 English and maths (or have the appropriate transferable skills).
GCSE or equivalent in:
English, Maths, and Science (grade 4/C and above). Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have. They can adjust the apprenticeship to reflect what you already know.

We are also obligated to follow the guidelines around eligibility, set out by the government apprenticeship funding rules. Please include minimum qualifications (GCSE Maths and English grades) in your application. Tailor your application to the vacancy, dedicating 1-2 paragraphs for each question to demonstrate interest in the role and the company.
