Job summary

Davin Industries in New Zealand is seeking machines operators/all-rounders to join a busy manufacturing team. You will operate and learn to operate a range of machinery, assist with CNC processes, monitor production and carry out quality checks, while remaining hands-on with manual tasks.

The role offers multiple shifts, a path to develop CNC and machine-operating skills, and a supportive team environment with competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience.
• CNC experience is desirable (TRUMPF machinery advantageous).
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in machinery.
• Willingness to learn and operate different machines.
• Good attention to detail and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Operate and learn to operate a range of manufacturing machinery.
• Assist with CNC machinery and production processes.
• Monitor machine operation and quality checks to meet specs.
• Carry out manual production and factory tasks as required.
• Use hand and power tools as needed and maintain a clean, safe area.
• Support the wider production team to meet deadlines.
