Machine Operator (4 Nights a Week)

£30,000 - £33,000 + Friday Off + Training + Career Progression + 4 Night Week + Shift Allowance

Are you a Machine Operator from an industrial, manufacturing, plant or similar background looking for a hands-on manual role in a well-established company, that will look after you, offering a generous night pay rate with ample overtime, a 4-night week and an early finish on Thursdays?

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established manufacturing business. With over a century of industry experience, they supply high-quality products to blue-chip clients across the UK and Ireland.

In this role, you will operate and support the company's processing plant. Duties include machine setup, basic maintenance (with full training provided), and quality inspection of finished products. You'll be joining a friendly, close-knit team in a fast-paced environment where no two nights are the same.

This position would suit a Machine Operator who is happy working night shifts and is looking for a varied role with excellent training, long-term career progression into engineering, and a 4-day working pattern.

THE ROLE

• Setup and operation of processing machinery

• Monday to Wednesday: 6:00pm - 5:30am, Thursday finish 1:30pm
