Job summary

Kinetic plc is recruiting a Machine Operator for the Wallsend site in England. The role offers rotating two-, three-, or night shifts with hourly rates from £14.97 to £17.17, based on shift. Contract: Temp to Perm opportunities, with duties across manufacturing and quality documentation.

Based in Wallsend, you will join a busy production environment, set up and monitor machinery, and ensure safety procedures are followed. Prior manufacturing experience is essential.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar manufacturing role.
Experience operating a range of manufacturing machinery.
Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machinery.
Complete production and quality documentation.
Adhere to Health & Safety regulations at all times.
Follow Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs) and Risk Assessments.
Support assembly and testing operations as required.
Ensure all tools and equipment are returned to their designated locations after use.
Carry out additional tasks as requested by the shift supervisor.
