CNC Machine Operator

We are currently recruiting for a full-time, temporary to permanent CNC machine operator to join our well-established and expanding client based in Halesfield. Join their hardworking team.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality components.
• Set up and operate CNC machines for tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, and turning.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts into machines.
• Adjust machine settings to ensure precision and quality.
• Inspect and measure finished products to meet specifications.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator.
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery and tooling.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexible and reliable.

Hours:

• 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday – Thursday.
• 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM on Fridays.

Salary: £13.00 per hour.
