Pioneer Selection Ltd in Oxford area is seeking a motivated Machine Operator to join a leading FMCG manufacturing business. You will operate and monitor automated production machinery, set up lines, and ensure products meet safety and quality standards.

In this full-time, permanent role, you will contribute to maintaining output, reducing downtime, and working within health, safety, and hygiene procedures, with opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Machine Operator, Production Operative or similar within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating machinery within a fast-paced production environment.
• Good understanding of health, safety and quality procedures.
• Ability to follow production processes and instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable and committed approach to work.
• Comfortable working within a target-driven manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Machine Operator to join a leading FMCG manufacturing business based in the Oxford area.

The company is continuing to invest in its manufacturing facilities, machinery and people, creating an excellent opportunity for an experienced Machine Operator to join a growing production team.

You will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. You will play an important role in maintaining production output and minimising downtime.
