I am currently recruiting for a Machine Operator to work for a leading engineering organisation. Salary up to £31,427.22 pa including Shift allowance.

Work Schedule:

1. 12 hours 7am-7pm & 7pm-7am
2. 4 days in week 1 followed by 3 off
3. 3 nights in week 2 followed by 4 off

Requirements:

• Minimum of 18 months experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Good communication skills with the ability to relay information effectively
• Educated to GCSE level

The ideal candidate will have a hands-on, proactive approach, a positive attitude, good listening skills, and the confidence to communicate with cross-functional departments.
