Job description

Fusion People Ltd is currently looking for a CNC Press Brake Setter/Operator to start immediately for our successful manufacturing client based in North West London.

The ideal candidate must be able to read drawings to determine measurements and operate the press brake to cut and bend materials according to specifications. You should have previous experience with press machine operation, either through steel manufacturing or sheet metal work. A relevant certificate and experience working with CNC (computer numerical control) equipment are preferred.

Requirements include:

• Setting and operating a CNC Press Brake Morgan Rushworth machine (ESA 630) with at least 1 year of experience
• Using tools to check parts meet company standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting and operating CNC Press Brakes

Main Duties:

• Interpreting drawings and inspecting parts to ensure standards are met
• Working off Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Carrying out general maintenance of machines
• Informing the Workshop Manager when materials are running low

Salary range: £28,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience)
